Screen Illawarra South East (SISE) is based on the far south coast of NSW and is one of the network of Regional Screen Offices working with Screen NSW to promote and maintain NSW’s premier position as the screen production capital of Australia.
SISE covers three regions – the Illawarra, South Coast and Southern Inland. These regions were formerly covered by two offices – Film Illawarra based in Wollongong and Screen Southeast, based in Queanbeyan.
SISE’s mission is threefold:
- Regional production attraction and facilitation
- Growth of regional screen industry creativity and innovation
- Regional screen business development and creation of networking opportunities for regional practitioners
The principals behind SISE bring together many years of expertise in all facets of screen production, and would be most happy to be of assistance with your next project.
We have fantastic locations, experienced crew, creative minds and film–friendly infrastructure at your disposal. SISE works closely with local councils, National Parks, tourism organisations and other regional bodies and with their cooperation will turn your enquiries around quickly so you can translate your vision into reality.
